Question 1: How do I register?
Go to the Landing Page
Click on the Button Terms of Use
Click on the Button Accept the Terms and go to the Checklist
Click on Register
Fill out the Forms
Wait until you receive a registration email from Ecopreneur
Click on the link in the registration email
Set you password
Wait for the confirmation email from WeSustain
Login with your email address and password.
If you do not receive a registration email from Ecopreneur within 24 hours during working days, please contact Ecopreneur

Question 2: What if I have already registered but get no access?
Go to the login screen

Click on Reset password
Type in your email address
Wait for a password reset email from WeSustain
Click on the link
Reset your password
Wait for a confirmation email from WeSustain
Login with your email address and new password

Question 3: Why does the Manual not work?
The Manual button at the right top of the questionnaire page does not work because no manual has yet been written for this pilot phase of the Circularity Check. For support beyond these FAQs please click here

Question 4: How do I start the Questionnaire?
Once you are in the Checklist, Click on the green Home Button on the left upper side
Under “Open Assessments, click on the grey button “Start a new product assessment”

A new window opens. Under Name, type in the name of the product (or service) in the field that reads “Add”

In the field under “Type” where it reads “Choose one”, choose for a category: A product, A service, or A product and a service
CRUCIAL: Then Click on the green “+” Button under “Actions”, on the right of the Product category field. You will then have added a new Product assessment and should see something like this:

CRUCIAL: then click on the “SAVE” button at the right lower corner of this window!

Now you have created an Open Assessment which should show on your screen like this:
Now, click on the name of your product, under “Market”, in this case “Testproduct 1”, and the questionnaire will open:

You can now start answering the questions. Best of luck!

Question 5: How do I use the “Evaluate” option to view the graphics?
Click on the “Evaluate” option in the menu bar on top
Select (again!) the product / service you wish to view the graphics of
You will now see graphs of the circularity scores to this product/service
To go back to the questionnaire, select “Questionnaire” in the menu on top

Question 6: Can I export my completed assessments?
Yes, but only by making screenshots: see two examples below. While listed under “Home” at the bottom of the page under “Completed assessments”, the option to export pdfs is not yet available.

Question 7: Why is question 34 only visible for products?
If you have answered “Yes” to question 32 (Is your product a durable good), then question 34 “For which part of sales of the product / service do you use at least one of the following business models?” should be visible in all cases, that is both for a product, a service and “a product and a service” (your answer to question 2). If you do the Check for a service or “a product and a service” and question 34 is not visible, there is an error in the routing. In that case you need to create a new account using a different email address. The reason for this is that during the pilot we discovered a bug in the routing to question 34, thanks to feedback received. We corrected the routing, which came into effect immediately for all new accounts registering since then – but unfortunately not for existing ones. For instructions how to register a new account see Question 1. We apologise for the inconvenience!
