Michael has a marketing communications background complemented by strategic consulting, policy communications and EU advocacy.
After making his debut as Head of Communications at the German International Chamber of Commerce in Brussels, he pursued a career in international business, notably in the IT industry. Building on his early career, he has been specialising in the area of sustainability and relevant EU regulation with a focus on circular economy, sustainable finance and non-financial reporting.
Ever since, his broad skill-set and experience have proven to be effective for directing companies towards a more integrated and impact-driven approach to sustainability and communications.
