Terms and conditions for using the Ecopreneur.eu online EU sustainability legislation overview

• Companies and other organisations outside the Ecopreneur.eu membership can get paid access to the overview. The access fee will be on an annual basis, and differentiated based on the total annual revenue of the organisation:

Up to 400.000 EUR total annual revenue: 800 EUR annual fee ex VAT
More than 400.000 EUR: 1.200 EUR
More than 1 million EUR: 1.700 EUR
More than 5 million EUR: 3.400 EUR
More than 50 million EUR: 9.000 EUR
More than 200 million EUR: 13.000 EUR
More than 500 million EUR: 20.000 EUR

• The membership fee for each year will be invoiced in January based on the last available financial statement of the member.
• After payment of the invoice, personal access links are sent to the business email addresses of staff members within the organisation, and if needed to their personal gmail address as well. Their access link is strictly personal and cannot be shared with any other organisations or persons.
• For new users joining during the year, the membership fee will be pro rata based on the number of months remaining.
• Membership is prolonged automatically unless cancelled before December 1.
• Companies in the membership of one of the members of Ecopreneur.eu can obtain access for free from Ecopeneur.eu after confirmation from the corresponding member organisation.
• The list is owned by Ecopreneur.eu. Re-publishing of the list or elements thereof is not allowed.
• The use for re-publishing or updating overviews (either paid or for free) in languages other than English is permitted against an additional compensation. 
• No legal claims can be based on the information in the overview.
• Ecopreneur.eu retains the right to change the fees and conditions for access, payment and cancellation. Any such changes will be clearly communicated and not apply retroactively.
• The revenues for Ecopreneur.eu obtained from paid access will be invested in Ecopreneur.eu’s advocacy and management activities only.
