Manfred Mühlberger is an expert for sustainable development, environmental management, energy and mobility systems with more than 25 years of experience working a consultant and researcher in these areas. More recently he is supporting the development of the Vienna Smart City Strategy. In 1994 he founded ETA Umweltmanagement (www.eta.at), an environmental consultancy based in Vienna.
He is founding member of Grüne Wirtschaft (Green business organisation of Austria), since 2008 he serves as its financial director. Since 2000 he is active in the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
