Tessa van Soest is the Executive Director of B Lab Benelux. She started out in consulting and then worked in various sustainability roles in business and nonprofits in the Netherlands and for a few years in Italy. Her focus has been on increasing collective impact through knowledge sharing, joint initiatives and advocacy on circular business processes, CO2 reduction, sustainable energy and social inclusiveness.
