About Us

Ecopreneur.eu sets a course towards sustainable economic policies on the European level to support the economic and societal transformation across Europe and beyond. Ecopreneur.eu was formed on the initiative of Grüne Wirtschaft (Austria), UnternehmensGrün e.V. (Germany) and Entreprendre Vert (France). Since many years, the member organizations contribute actively to the political decision-making process in their respective countries.

In 2016 Ecopreneur.eu acquired official legal status as an “association internationale sans but lucratif” (aisbl), a non-profit, non-governmental organization under Belgian law.

The organization is quickly growing and now holds seven associations from different countries of the European Union:
The Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Hungary, Germany, Austria and France.
